MyCareTrack: Making Lab Reports and Health Records Clear
A lab report scanner and family health records app, built by Lasya Aitech

MyCareTrack is a lab report scanner and health records app. It reads photos of lab reports, prescriptions, medicine labels and medical bills with AI, explains each result in plain language, and keeps the whole family's records on one timeline.
The problem
Health records arrive on paper, in different formats, from different labs, hospitals and pharmacies. A single blood test has dozens of values, each with its own reference range and unit. Most people cannot tell what changed since the last report, or what to ask their doctor.
Families make it worse. Parents, children and elderly relatives each have their own reports, medicines and appointments, usually spread across drawers, phones and WhatsApp threads.
What MyCareTrack does
- Lab report scanner: reads each test result and explains it in plain language.
- Prescription scanner: shows each medicine, dose and duration.
- Medicine scanner: reads a strip, box or bottle label and explains what the medicine is used for.
- Medicine reminders: built from prescriptions, with Taken and Snooze, plus retest reminders.
- Health records timeline: lab reports, prescriptions, bills and visits in date order, per family member.
- Lab results tracker: one chart per test, showing its value across reports.
- Medical bill tracker: scans hospital and pharmacy bills and shows monthly care spending.
- Emergency health card: blood group, allergies, medicines and contacts that opens without internet.
- Appointment reminders: attach the reports you want to bring to each visit.
- Health summary PDF: reports, trend charts and originals for a chosen date range, protected by password or link.
How it works
The user photographs a document. The app extracts the text and structure, then sends the photo to an AI service that returns a plain-language explanation. Results are stored against the right family member and placed on the timeline, so a new report can be compared with earlier ones.
The explanations are information only. The app does not diagnose or treat conditions, and it tells users to discuss their results with a doctor.
Design principles
- Plain language first: results are explained, not just reproduced.
- One family, one login, with every record kept separate per person.
- Privacy by default: optional Face ID or fingerprint lock; nothing shared unless the user chooses.
- Calm interface: the home screen shows the new report, recent records and the next appointment.
Localisation
The app and its explanations are available in English, Hindi and Telugu, with reports explained in each language's own script. Language is chosen on first launch or later in Profile.
Pricing approach
The app is free to start. The first few uploads are free, and anything already added stays free to view and share. MyCareTrack Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription for more uploads, with a fair-use limit.
Availability
MyCareTrack is live on Google Play. The iPhone app is coming soon.
Tech stack
- Flutter for the mobile app
- Supabase for backend and data
- RevenueCat for subscriptions
- Claude API for document reading and plain-language explanations
- Riverpod for state management, GoRouter for navigation
Outcome
MyCareTrack gives individuals and families one organized, searchable record of their health history, with explanations written for non-medical readers. It is positioned as a clear, calm view of health records rather than a medical device.
