MyCareTrack is a mobile app that scans your lab reports, prescriptions, medicines and medical bills with AI, explains the results in plain language, and keeps everything organized in one place for you and your family.

Lab reports and test results, doctor's prescriptions, medicine strips or bottles, and medical bills. MyCareTrack reads the photo and files it under the right category automatically.

You can lock the app behind Face ID or your fingerprint. Nothing is shared automatically — exporting or sharing a report is always something you choose to do yourself.

Yes. You can add family members to your account and keep each person's records, medicines and appointments organized separately under one login.

Yes. Choose English, हिन्दी or తెలుగు on the first screen or in Profile → Language. The app, and the AI's explanations and answers, follow the language you choose.

Open Profile → Reminders and add a reminder from a prescription or medicine in your records, or type one in. At each dose time you get a notification with Taken and Snooze buttons. Reminders are kept on your phone.

In the app, open Profile → Privacy & security → Delete account. You are signed out at once. If you change your mind, sign in again within 30 days to restore it; after that everything is erased for good. You can also email hello@lasyaaitech.com.

Yes — scanning and AI analysis happen on our servers, so an internet connection is needed to add or read records.

Starting is free: your first uploads cost nothing, and what you have added stays free to view and share. MyCareTrack Plus is an optional subscription for more uploads, with a fair-use limit. It is billed through Google Play and you can cancel it there at any time. The current price is shown in the app.
