Privacy Policy. How MyCareTrack handles your information.
Last updated 2 October 2026
At a glance
- You decide what to add. We store the documents and details you add so you can find them again, and we use AI to read them.
- The documents you scan and the questions you ask the assistant are sent to an AI service to get your results (see “AI processing”).
- We don’t sell your data, show ads, or use advertising or analytics trackers.
- You can delete any record, or your whole account, in the app.
Who we are
MyCareTrack (“the app”) and this website are run by Lasya Aitech, Hyderabad, Telangana, India (“we”, “us”). We decide how the personal data described here is used. You can reach us at hello@lasyaaitech.com.
What we collect
We collect only what the app needs to work.
- Account details. Your name and email address, and a password (we keep only a one-way hash of it, never the password itself). If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address and a unique ID from them. You can also add a phone number, a date of birth and a profile photo or avatar.
- Health records you add. Lab reports and their individual results, prescriptions, medicines, medical bills, visit notes and appointments, plus the photos, scans and PDFs you use to add them and anything you type in yourself. This is health information. We treat it as sensitive and use it only to give you the app’s features. If you add records about someone else, make sure you have their permission.
- Family members you add. Their name, relationship, date of birth and avatar, and the records and appointments you keep for them. Add someone only with their permission, or as their parent or guardian.
- Emergency card. If you fill one in, for yourself or a family member: blood group, allergies, conditions, medications, notes, whether you are an organ donor, and the name, relationship and phone number of up to three emergency contacts. A copy is kept on your phone so the card opens without a connection.
- Assistant conversations. The messages you send to the in-app assistant and its replies, saved in your account so the conversation can continue.
- Device and notifications. A push-notification token for your phone, its platform (Android or iOS) and your notification settings.
- Language. The language you choose for the app (English, Hindi or Telugu), so the app and its AI text use it.
- Kept only on your phone. Medicine reminders (the medicines, their times and the doses you mark as taken) and what the home-screen widgets show stay on your phone and are not sent to us. Widgets show your next dose and appointment on your home screen, where anyone holding your phone can see them; you can remove them at any time.
- Subscription and coupon details. If you subscribe, Google Play or the App Store handles the payment. We receive a purchase identifier and the plan, status and renewal dates so we can unlock Plus. We never see your card details. If you redeem a coupon code, we record which code you used and when.
- Technical logs. Our servers record requests, for example your IP address, device type and the time, so we can keep the service running and secure.
The app does not contain advertising or analytics software.
How we use your information
- To run the app: signing you in, storing and showing your records and your family’s, reading your scans, explaining results, comparing reports, building your timeline and test trends, suggesting foods for a lab report, adding up your medical expenses, creating summaries you can share, and reminding you of medicines, retests and appointments.
- To answer your questions in the assistant.
- To confirm purchases and to apply subscriptions and coupon codes.
- To send the notifications you turn on and account emails such as password resets.
- To keep the service safe and fair (for example, limits on how many documents can be scanned in a day), to fix problems and to meet legal duties.
We don’t use your records for advertising, and we don’t sell or rent your personal data.
AI processing
MyCareTrack uses AI to read and explain documents. When you scan or upload a document, the image or PDF is sent to our AI provider, which reads it and returns the details we show you. When you use the assistant, your question, the earlier messages in that conversation and the lab results needed to answer it (test names, values and reference ranges) are sent to the same kind of service. Food suggestions for a lab report use the report’s test names, values and ranges. If you use the app in Hindi or Telugu, the AI writes its explanations and answers in that language, and text it wrote earlier in another language is sent to be translated. We send only what a request needs.
We currently use SiliconFlow’s hosted AI models. The provider processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy and may do so outside India. If you don’t want a document read by AI, don’t scan or upload it.
AI can make mistakes. Results are for information only, are not medical advice and are not a medical device. Always check with your doctor.
What the app asks your phone for
- Camera: to scan documents and medicine labels.
- Photos and files: only the ones you pick, or share to the app from another app. The app can’t browse your library.
- Notifications: reminders and updates. You can turn them off in the app or in your phone’s settings.
- Alarms & reminders (Android, optional): so medicine reminders arrive at the exact time.
- Face ID or fingerprint: an optional lock for the app. Your phone checks it; we never receive your biometric data.
How long we keep it, and deleting your data
- We keep your account and records until you delete them.
- In the app you can delete any record you added. That removes it from your account and from our database.
- To delete your account, open Profile → Privacy & security → Delete account in the app, or email hello@lasyaaitech.com from the address you signed up with (we will confirm by email). The account closes at once: you are signed out everywhere and it can no longer be used. If you change your mind, signing in again within 30 days restores it. After 30 days we permanently delete your profile, family members, records, emergency cards, assistant conversations and subscription links from our database and erase the original files you uploaded from our storage.
- Deleting your account in the app also removes the reminders, the emergency card copy and the widget data kept on that phone.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.
- We may keep limited information for as long as the law requires, for example the record of a purchase.
Security
Data travels between the app and our servers over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and the app keeps your sign-in in your phone’s secure storage. You can lock the app with Face ID or your fingerprint. We limit who can access our systems. No service can promise perfect security; if a breach affects you we will tell you as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
- See and export: your records are in the app, and you can export a health summary from Profile → Export my data.
- Correct: edit your details and records in the app.
- Delete: see “How long we keep it, and deleting your data” above.
- Notifications: switch them off in Profile → Notifications or in your phone’s settings.
Depending on where you live (for example India, the EU or UK, or California), you may also have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to take a copy, to withdraw consent, to object to certain uses and to complain to a data protection authority. Email us to use these rights and we will reply within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
Children
MyCareTrack accounts are for people aged 18 and over. A parent or guardian can add their children as family members and keep their health records in their own account, and is responsible for that information. Children can’t have their own accounts, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from them directly. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
Where your data is processed
Our providers may process data in other countries, including outside India, for example where our AI provider, Google and Apple operate. We take steps to protect your data wherever it is processed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email.
