What is a health records app?
A health records app keeps your medical documents in one place on your phone: lab reports, prescriptions, bills and visit notes. MyCareTrack adds AI that reads each document and explains it in plain language.
Can I keep my family's health records in MyCareTrack?
Yes. Add family members to your account and keep each person's records, medicines and appointments separate under one login.
Can I scan old paper records?
Yes. Scan paper reports and prescriptions with the camera, or import photos and PDFs, to take your timeline back in time.
Can I share my records with a doctor?
Yes, whenever you choose to. Create a health summary PDF for any date range with report summaries, trend charts and the original documents, then protect it with a password or share it as a link.
How do I delete my records or my account?
You can delete any record in the app. To delete your account, open Profile, then Privacy & security, then Delete account. You can restore it by signing in again within 30 days; after that everything is erased for good.
