A report scanned in English on your phone can be opened in Telugu on a parent's phone that is signed in to the same account. It is translated when it is opened.

Can I read my blood test report (రక్త పరీక్ష రిపోర్ట్) in Telugu?
Yes. Choose Telugu in MyCareTrack and the note on each result, the summary and the answers in the assistant are written in Telugu. The test names, values and units stay exactly as printed on your report.
Does MyCareTrack translate the whole lab report?
It explains the report in Telugu, but it does not translate the names, numbers, units and doses printed on it, so you can still match them with your paper copy.
Is the app available in Telugu?
Yes. The app is available in English, Hindi and Telugu: menus, buttons, reminders and notifications follow your choice.
Can my parents read a report I scanned in English?
Yes. When a record scanned in one language is opened on a phone set to Telugu, its explanation is translated at that moment and kept, so it is only translated once.
Is the Telugu explanation medical advice?
No. It is information to help you understand your report. It does not diagnose or treat any condition, so ask your doctor about your results.
